Purchase of Training

If Accepted, and the payment goes through you will receive a confirmation. I will send you a form to fill out so I can work on your Meal & Workout program. Some key points to keep in mind:   

  • We can pause training if injured or in case of an emergency.  
  • Please allow up to 24 hours before cancelling a session or you WILL lose the session.
  • You have up to 3 days to cancel and get a refund if you have not used any of the sessions from your package.  
  • If for any reason you would like to share a package with someone else, you can share one of your sessions BUT not a meal plan or workout program
  • Forms of payment include: Venmo, Cash app, Zelle, and PayPal
