I'm a college graduate with a Bachelors in Business Management from Mercy College. The fitness aspect of my life forced me to make my career around what I do best, help individuals reach their highest potential. I get immense gratification when I see someone push past their own physical limits and breaking through a mental sticking point. I think that physical training if done right can offer individuals many life benefits. It's not just about getting in better shape, but about pushing the limits of your current self over and over until you become the best version of yourself.
